Potty Training Consultant Certification
Our Commitment to You
We don’t want you to finish the Potty Training Consultant Certification Program with nothing more than a certificate.
Our goal is to help you turn your potty training expertise into a real business with real paying clients.
That’s why we offer our 3-Client Guarantee.
The 3-Client Guarantee
If you complete the requirements outlined in these Guarantee Terms, implement the training and business-building strategies provided in the program, and do not obtain your first three (3) Qualifying Clients within 60 calendar days of enrollment, Potty Training Consultant will provide you with an additional 90 days of coaching and support at no additional cost.
If, after completing that additional 90-day coaching and support period, you still have not obtained three (3) Qualifying Clients, you will be eligible to receive a full refund of the tuition you paid for the Potty Training Consultant Certification Program, subject to these Guarantee Terms.
This guarantee is designed for participants who actively implement the program and complete the requirements below.
1. What Counts as a Qualifying Client?
For purposes of this guarantee, a Qualifying Client means a new client who:
- Purchases a potty training service directly from you;
- Has actually paid for that service;
- Has completed payment and the payment has not been refunded, cancelled, charged back, or reversed;
- Is not you, a member of your immediate family, or someone receiving services solely for practice or training purposes;
- Has not been obtained through false, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful conduct.
Each household/family counts as one Qualifying Client, regardless of how many children within that household receive your services.
The following do not count as Qualifying Clients:
- Free clients;
- Practice or mock clients;
- Friends or family members receiving free services;
- Prospective clients who book but do not pay;
- Prospective clients who cancel before payment;
- Clients whose payment is subsequently refunded or reversed;
- Clients obtained through misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful practices.
Discounted clients may count as Qualifying Clients provided that the client has actually paid for your service and the transaction otherwise meets the requirements above.
2. The 60-Day Guarantee Period
Your 60-day guarantee period begins on the date you enroll in the Potty Training Consultant Certification Program.
You must obtain your first three (3) Qualifying Clients within 60 calendar days of your enrollment date.
The 60th calendar day following your enrollment date will be referred to as the Initial Guarantee Date.
If you have not obtained three (3) Qualifying Clients by the Initial Guarantee Date, you may qualify for the additional 90-day coaching and support period described below, provided you have satisfied all applicable requirements.
3. Your Responsibilities
The 3-Client Guarantee is conditional upon your active participation and implementation.

You must:
- Complete all required course modules;
